MIG/TIG Fabrication Welder:
Primary responsibilities include welding parts and assemblies for a variety of customers. Must be able to interpret blueprints, create fixtures as needed and fabricate welds at a high-quality level.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 3 years of MIG/TIG welding experience
• ability to pass a welding test as required
• perform welds to AWS specifications
Specific Job Responsibilites:
• read and interpret blueprints
• apply MIG and TIG welding process to workpieces
• weld and fabricate fixtures for applications
• use calipers, micrometers and other instruments as needed for quality performance
• perform work quickly and efficiently and with high quality
General Job Requirements:
• ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds
• work overtime as needed for customer requirements
• able to speak and read English
• must be 18 years of age or older
Grinding and Polishing Worker:
Primary responsibilities include preparing surfaces on parts to various specifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
• familiarity with blueprints
• good visual perception skills
Specific Job Responsibilities:
• grinding, sanding, cleaning or polishing parts to remove burrs or to prepare surfaces for further finishing using hand tools and power tools
• verify quality of finished parts by inspecting them, comparing them to templates, or measuring their dimensions
General Job Requirements:
• ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds
• work overtime as needed for customer requirements
• able to speak and read English
• must be 18 years of age or older
